Marketing emails
We send marketing emails, such as news or promotions, only to people who explicitly opt in to receive them. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. Applying for mentorship, sending a training request, or booking a lesson does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Third-party services

- Formspree receives the mentorship application and training request forms and delivers them to our email. Submissions may also be stored in our Formspree account. (Formspree Privacy Policy)

Minors & parents/guardians
Our services are designed for high-school baseball athletes, many of whom are under 18. We want parents and guardians involved:
- For athletes under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian complete or review the mentorship application and provide their own name and email address. The application asks the parent or guardian to confirm that they approve the application.
- For athletes under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian take part in the free introductory call.
- For in-person lessons with athletes under 18, we require parent or guardian permission and emergency contact information.
- Parents and guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or delete their athlete’s information.
The acknowledgment on our application is a checkbox. We do not independently verify the identity of the person who checks it. If you believe an athlete under 18 has submitted information without a parent’s or guardian’s knowledge, please contact us and we will work with you to review or delete it.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
How long we keep information
Mentorship applications from families who do not enroll are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.
We keep other information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and keep basic business and payment records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we are not required to keep it.
Copies of information may also remain in the systems of the service providers listed above (such as Formspree, Gmail, Cal.com, and Stripe) according to their own policies. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be kept for tax or legal reasons.
Protecting information
We use established service providers for forms, email, scheduling, video calls, and payments, and we limit access to the information families send us. However, no website, email, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent to us or stored by these services.
Please do not send sensitive information, such as medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment card numbers, through our forms or by email.
Your choices & requests
You can contact us to ask what information we have about you or your athlete, to correct it, or to delete it. Parents and guardians may make these requests for athletes under 18. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
You can always choose not to send us information. Some services, such as reviewing a mentorship application or booking a lesson, may not be possible without it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please check back periodically.
